Returns are handled on an individual basis.

Everyone's sense of smell is different and some fragrances may not smell as expected.

Please be sure to read each description for the product you are interested in carefully. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you are corresponding through email, please include the following information:

2. Order number
3. Product issue
4. Email address
5. Contact phone number

Our products are personal items. Even if they are returned in unopened packaging, they cannot be resold.

Freight charges cannot be refunded. Any authorized returned item will be prepaid by the customer.
